Just hit the download link, save it as .TXT, change extension to .CMD and run it from wherever you want. :)

    Thanks prodigy_

I happen to have installed Professional edition. It works.

One question. It says "renewal interval: 10080 minutes". Does that mean it starts to renew after 7 days? It also says the volume expiration period is 180 days.

KMS servers are intended mainly for LANs and it's assumed that once you've installed one, it'll continue to be available. Activation period is 180 days, but waiting till the last possible moment before making an attempt to renew it would be a really poor implementation (imagine that KMS host happens to be down for maintenance or something and corporate clients are forced into so-called "notification mode"). That's why renewal attempts are made at least once per month, by default - once per week. If the attempt is successful, activation timer is back to "180 days left". If it's not - nothing happens.

    OK got it.

As long as it won't nag me every 7 days, that's fine. I just need to stay activated until the OEM keys are disclosed.
