The easiest way to have two installs is to install one at a time with only one SSD in the PC each time. When done have both hooked up and just choose which one you want to boot to using boot manager in the BIOS. The BIOS will remember the last one you booted and you only need to change it if you want to boot the other OS. Installing Platinum was easy and it actually worked unlike another clean install with updates I tried. I would have kept using it but a couple of games wouldn't work that I got working on my current install for some reason. I found that OS installs can be really tricky with old game compatibility (Win98,physx etc.)
Thanks... both on ONE ssd... no one told me that before... and I never asked... are sure? ARE YOU REALLY SURE? Because, Win 7 will still be MBR and Win 11 will still be UEFI... So, why will that make a difference if the two are on one SSD? Because the BOOT was the problem that prevented my two SSDs method from working... and I ended up having BOTH ssd disks f+**** up... it took me three days altogether to get away from black or blus screens and have a working computer again. I do not want to have that happen again. So the question is, do you really know what you are advising? I never had a problem with old games, I only use a few old ones, and that only rarely. Since Win 7, I have always used that simple software DOSBox 0.74-3 never failed me...
No I meant two separate SSD's so they don't interact with each other. If you want them both on one you will have to ask someone else since I haven't done that very successfully so I did them separately ever since and it is easy to switch them between PC's that way. You can switch CSM on and off with the separate SSD's and even set different BIOS profiles for each OS. I haven't dual-booted off of one SSD in quite some time. You also can convert MBR to UEFI (GPT) with some software that won't erase your data. The pay versions I know about are AOMEI and EaseUS partition softwares. There might be some free versions out there.
Thank you all, but I am really sick and tired of hearing different, contradicting answers every time I ask about that subject, and every time I end up with a big mess, that takes a lot oftime to get fixed. I will simply b working with With 7 on this desktop, and for the few things which I prefer on Win 11, I use theold laptop, where it is installed, and works just fine.

I am getting a "configuration save error no Windows folder found" after it extracts in Windows install screen. I have tried rebuilding the iso twice and get the same error.
How does this compare to Integrate7? I can't share the link (low rep), but it's here on the forum under Windows 7.
