When I upgraded from Windows 7 pro to Windows 10 Pro my partition layout is

    100MB EFI
Primary (where Windows 10 is installed)
    450MB Recovery

How do I edit my partition layout so that it matches what would be installed on a clean UEFI install? (As below)

    Paritition 1 - Recovery
Partition 2 - System - The EFI System partition that contains the NTLDR, HAL, Boot.txt, and other files that are needed to boot the system, such as drivers.
Partition 3 - MSR - The Microsoft Reserved (MSR) partition that reserves space on each disk drive for subsequent use by operating system software.
Partition 4 - Primary - Where Windows is to be installed to.

You don't, Recovery is supposed to be at the end because it needs to be able to expand.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Why does a clean Windows 10 install put the recovery at the start?
