Yes, the localization doesn't modify the activation process in any way. It's the same as the original english ISO.

@Danger No need to be a Smart a$$, what China4Ever was referring to was if your only going to upload 1 Iso that's localized, upload them all in the same thread. Can't be partial to some users when a lot of people are asking for other localized versions.
