    maybe we need hash comparison between files from both retail and oem... to see the real difference.. :rolleyes:

    i read on the russian forum

    OEM has a different key base than retail, OEM uses OEM keys and can use the SLP activation, Retail uses Retail keys

    its the only thing is different i think ;)

    True. Different product keys, anyone knows that.
    But if you'll use oem SLIC, SLP files and modded bios with the right certs, is like having OEM, even what you installed is the retail version.

    Just the OEM. Tht's what I said. If you have the cert, SlP and pk you will activate retail as oem. But don't worry, you can always download the oem ed.
