These seem to be mostly test updates, considering its too convenient having them numbers 1 to 10 as well. That said, they still update files to later versions kb1000004, kb1000005, and kb1000006 update the same files to the same versions, however kb1000006 doesn't include some of the files. Once kb1000004 is installed, it seems kb1000005 fails. kb1000001 updates notepad to a later version that kb123456 doies. so kb123456 is no longer needed. kb1000003 updates solitaire, kb1000007 updates the ipconfig language files, kb1000008 updates setupapi.dll and rundll32.exe, kb1000009 updates netbios, and kb1000010 updates atbroker. ALL updates are updated to either LDR version 20597 or GDR 16501 Even though these appear to be test updates, it still worth updating if you are keen to use all available hotfixes as you still get later versions of the files . Its only update 5 and 6 that aren't worth it. Its possible that Zukona may have made these separate for the very reason they will never be considered official updates. kb981770-v2 is included in this pack also, so if kb981770 gave you problems from 9.1, try version 2 and see if it helps
KB1000003 breaks soltaire at least on x64, so stay away from it. KB1000006 does not include "some" of the files because its specificaly for Windows Embedded Standard 7 and components are in 4 and 5 as well. KB1000004 and 5 are SAME, just 4 was signed day later. So i guess keep that one.
I kept every thing but KB1000003 in x86 It breaks solitare in x86 too. KB1000002,5, and 6 did not show as installed.
Kb1000002 I believe is to do with Server 2008 R2, not Windows 7, therefore it doesn't apply and won't install (will come up does not apply to system). Like I said earlier, 5 and 6 are the same as 4. With 4 installed 5 will fail as it updates the files and system to the same versions but is just a different installer. Update 6 is an LDR only version of update 4 and therefore isn't required. To summarise: kb1000002 not for Windows 7 systems kb1000003 is broken kb1000005 and kb1000006 are superfluous to kb1000004 and not needed All updates kb1000001 to kb1000010 are likely test updates hence Zukona separating it from the main 9 bonus (this is an assumption). These updates all have the same GDR, LDR and date of 10 March 2010 (quite old in comparison to other updates). These are still beneficial for those wanting the latest versions of files, as Microsoft used updated files from that date which are later than those that are otherwise available in other updates.
Hi, CONFIRMED that the kb981770-v2 x64 update included in the latest Zukopack 9.2 Fixes the weird WMP 12 error !
Right now, taking the recent post in consideration and SoLoR's great work, for x86 these *should* be the list of (241) updates: Code: KB123334-x86 KB674101-x86 KB674103-x86 KB675605-v2-x86 KB675606-x86 KB925681-x86 KB941158-x86 KB951418-x86 KB951422-x86 KB954664-x86 KB958685-v2-x86 KB959554-x86 KB970413-v2-x86 KB970486-x86 KB971601-x86 KB971736-x86 KB972251-x86 KB972270-x86 KB972831-v4-x86 KB973062-x86 KB973751-x86 KB974039-v2-x86 KB974204-v2-x86 KB974259-v2-x86 KB974372-x86 KB974431-x86 KB974571-x86 KB974624-x86 KB974842-x86 KB974940-v4-x86 KB974944-x86 KB975076-x86 KB975243-x86 KB975332-x86 KB975415-v2-x86 KB975467-x86 KB975469-x86 KB975488-x86 KB975512-x86 KB975560-x86 KB975599-x86 KB975619-x86 KB975777-x86 KB975778-x86 KB975806-x86 KB975851-v2-x86 KB975858-x86 KB976036-x86 KB976090-x86 KB976117-x86 KB976127-v6-x86 KB976210-v2-x86 KB976264-v2-x86 KB976329-x86 KB976373-x86 KB976422-x86 KB976425-x86 KB976525-x86 KB976566-x86 KB976571-v2-x86 KB976662-x86 KB976746-x86 KB976775-x86 KB976781-x86 KB976782-v2-x86 KB976910-x86 KB976983-x86 KB977020-x86 KB977036-x86 KB977096-x86 KB977132-x86 KB977165-v2-x86 KB977178-v2-x86 KB977180-x86 KB977222-x86 KB977229-v2-x86 KB977336-v2-x86 KB977357-x86 KB977377-x86 KB977542-x86 KB977579-x86 KB977609-x86 KB977617-x86 KB977620-x86 KB977648-v2-x86 KB977695-x86 KB977716-x86 KB977863-x86 KB977866-x86 KB977977-x86 KB978000-x86 KB978042-x86 KB978044-x86 KB978118-x86 KB978155-x86 KB978206-x86 KB978258-x86 KB978330-x86 KB978462-x86 KB978476-x86 KB978491-x86 KB978526-x86 KB978535-x86 KB978542-x86 KB978571-x86 KB978601-x86 KB978622-x86 KB978714-v2-x86 KB978837-x86 KB978869-x86 KB978884-x86 KB978898-x86 KB978918-x86 KB978949-x86 KB978977-x86 KB978981-v2-x86 KB979039-x86 KB979099-x86 KB979101-x86 KB979137-x86 KB979140-x86 KB979150-x86 KB979164-x86 KB979222-v2-x86 KB979223-x86 KB979259-x86 KB979265-x86 KB979278-x86 KB979309-x86 KB979350-x86 KB979366-x86 KB979373-x86 KB979425-x86 KB979443-x86 KB979482-x86 KB979530-x86 KB979532-x86 KB979538-x86 KB979559-x86 KB979560-v2-x86 KB979619-x86 KB979643-x86 KB979645-x86 KB979683-x86 KB979688-x86 KB979751-x86 KB979791-x86 KB979808-x86 KB979903-x86 KB979916-x86 KB979917-x86 KB979940-x86 KB980077-v2-x86 KB980078-x86 KB980138-x86 KB980182-x86 KB980195-x86 KB980232-x86 KB980295-x86 KB980302-x86 KB980358-x86 KB980393-x86 KB980396-x86 KB980409-x86 KB980628-x86 KB980681-x86 KB980726-x86 KB980846-x86 KB980922-x86 KB980932-x86 KB980951-x86 KB980959-v2-x86 KB980985-x86 KB980994-x86 KB981013-x86 KB981054-x86 KB981107-x86 KB981109-x86 KB981118-x86 KB981119-x86 KB981128-x86 KB981129-x86 KB981130-x86 KB981156-x86 KB981166-v2-x86 KB981177-x86 KB981187-x86 KB981190-x86 KB981197-x86 KB981208-v2-x86 KB981214-x86 KB981265-x86 KB981275-x86 KB981303-v2-x86 KB981306-x86 KB981332-x86 KB981351-x86 KB981379-x86 KB981382-x86 KB981394-x86 KB981431-x86 KB981506-x86 KB981542-x86 KB981559-x86 KB981577-x86 KB981603-x86 KB981614-x86 KB981615-x86 KB981620-x86 KB981621-x86 KB981627-x86 KB981637-x86 KB981679-x86 KB981709-x86 KB981710-x86 KB981721-x86 KB981730-x86 KB981738-x86 KB981750-x86 KB981761-x86 KB981770-v2-x86 KB981813-x86 KB981842-x86 KB981845-x86 KB981848-x86 KB981851-x86 KB981864-x86 KB981872-x86 KB981877-x86 KB981878-x86 KB981890-x86 KB981892-x86 KB981898-x86 KB981936-x86 KB981981-x86 KB1000001-x86 KB1000004-x86 KB1000007-x86 KB1000008-x86 KB1000009-x86 KB1000010-x86
