there is 12 new updates for both x64 and x86 and 1 for x64 server only, no idea what exactly is changed i wasnt checking them, i just installed, you get new kernel version, this is what i checked...
Installed fine on both my X86 and X64 systems. Wish this system drag from kaspersky would fack off! Taking like 3 seconds to open a folder!
Just installed (thank you Solor) windows version: 7600.20555.x86fre.win7_ldr.091021-1509 updated explorer.exe to: 6.1.7600.16450
Would appreciate if the specific update (which fixed the above-mentioned issue) is identified as i (and maybe others) have no intention of installing all new ones.
hm i have no idea, i can probably narrow it down to 3 updates. Im not keen to install/uninstall all to test but anyway 3 updates that are probably responsible for this, there is new ACPI driver in one update, new explorer.exe in other update and ofc new kernel version. One of this 3 is probably responsible for this fix, but mostlikely its acpi and/or explorer.exe edit: this thing needs bit more testing, now while it seems bug is gone if you DONT have active window or taskbar, i just got it when i had IE window active. Need to see if this was some odd coincidence or they actualy f**ked up other way around... but bottom line is, at least they are working on it
