Windows 7 says my SLIC 2.1 modded now require activation

    I have my Dell XPS M1330 modded with SLIC 2.1 for Dell OEM about a year ago. I decided to reinstall Windows to a new SSD. After successfully adding the OEM key and cert and updating Windows through Windows Update, the laptop now requires activation. It didn't require activation in the past.

    I am using the key 22TKD-XXXX and DELL.XRM-MS. Is the key blacklisted?
