So if there are so many of you that have the build, why isn't anyone uploading it? let me think... because it hasn't been leaked yet to you guys! If one of you would have it, there would be download links... anyway, I'd better go and get some sleep, it's already 2:28AM here... good night to everybody!

 

You probably need to wait until someone leaks it or its released to the public by MS.
The TechBeta testers just got it early, like the beta.

 

And the techbeta testers usually leak stuff within seconds of getting it. I'm gonna say this went out to TAP orgs and not techbeta testers.
