this week lot of win7 sp1 info leaks are happening..hope that sp1 will leak by this weekend...

741 x86 is newer, x64 v741 have not seen.

 

my guess is we wont see RTM till around Dec 31 and it will leak at the same time

 

dec 31 is too long ...RTM leak is around the corner...may be today or tmrw ..not beyond this

also how are these usually leaked? by that i mean are they both 32 and 64 bit and are they the exe files?

 

if read what ZUKONA said earlier in his info..he just want get the confirmation abt the final build of the RTM...once it's done the lean will be on its way..

Why is MS always waiting so long to release it after the bits are signed of? OK if it takes a week, so they have time to build all the isos and put them on technet etc. But it always takes more than 2 monts, do they really need to have the discs on storeshelves before they make the download available?

 

Remember they also need to supply OEM companies dell e.c.t

 

Yes but why can't they just release it to the web and then send the necessary stuff to oems. Now "don't know how much" people have to wait just because some oems don't have a disc... What does it matter for MS or for the oems if users can download it now already?
