Windows 7 sp1 Turkish. Urgent help

    Hi. I am a member of this forum for a long time. This is my first thread because I need a help. I have been looking for the Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate Turkish ISO but I couldn't find. There used to be a topic with a table inside and we used to find language number from the table and write it in adress bar but now I cant find that thread now.

    I need this Turkish iso immediately.

    I know that you say download English and then download Turkish Language package but I need this for the Starter edition. So it is useless for me.
