for me, I would just like to know if it's possible to have the party right from the start menu less transparent, with hacks for WSB (VSB) or other thanks
Wouldn't it be better for you if you went to the developers site and asked there? They would probably be able to assist you better there since that it all they do. vistastylebuilder.com/forum/
with the release of SP1, is what might explain how to make the progressbar (aero.msstyles) and the blue task manager (taskmgr.exe) with the SP1 files thanks
I made changes to 2 files for SP1 for blue task manager and blue progressbar (aero.msstyles and taskmanager.exe) if someone want, I would put the links
I've got win 7 SP1, but either these tips/directions aren't what I'm looking for or something is different. For an example shell change (In English): modvisc.blogspot.com/2011/01/kousaka-kirino-ore-no-imouto-ga-konna.html#more Of note, the start menu background isn't just a plain color, but an entire artwork. Trying to poke around the areo.msstyles file results in just very thin bits of white for the borders. Really, any of the edits shown in those shells seems to be a lot more...complicated? Than what the tutorials show. That or I'm just missing the right bmp files or resource files. I tried to sort of reverse-engineer that one to see where the files were and how things were interacting but was unable to get it to install due to some odd interaction with IE I'm guessing (Can't find a close button?).
you want the files aero.msstyles and taskmgr.exe sp1 (blue task manager and blue progressbar)? I did do that for x64
I'm doing it only for x64 (I don't have 7 sp1 x86) but I didn't understand your request (I'm not very good in English )
thanks for you reaction bapt. Im looking for the blue progressbar files that work with windows 7 X 64 SP1. Is it possible for you to give a download link ? TIA.
Forgot to look in here, I was getting fed up waiting for someone over at dA to do the SP1 Task Manager so I did it myself. Contains the two (slightly different file size) Task Managers for 64 bit. Not allowed to post a link yet (low post count) so just do a search on dA for Elmer-Befuddled if you're interested.
