    Hi,
I have installed Win 7, ultimate, 64 ver. about 10 months ago.

Last 2 months Windows informs me about updates but I have a problem to install them.
They start to download and the process always shows progress 0.

I tried to install SP1 and the same problem.

Additionaly I can't see any previous updates I already installed. The list is empty.

    Any idea what could helped?

    Thanks in advance,

    koze

    Thanks for your help!

disable anti-virus is one thing - done

you should also check your system for malware; done and results: scanner found RiskWare.Tool.CK after quick scan and after full scan:
    1. riskWare.tool.CK File in C:\Windows\kmsemulator.exe
    2. Hacktool.Agent File in d:\system volume information\_restore ......A0046382.exe

When I try to install:/wi...gent30-x64.exe I got a message with critical error.

When I try to install SP1 direct link from MS; I got a message with system error

And I have a problem with running SFC scan :(

    cannot proceed the operation

    Any other suggestions?

    Many thanx in advance,

    koze
