Hazaar some suggestions: display a note at the version number Inform the user that if he hasnt open it with administrator rights and uac is enabled to close it and use right click/ run as administrator hash check the required files, if they are not the correct promt the user to use the repair if that works or to reinstall. hide the message with the service already started display a message to inform the user that this will take some minutes, he have to wait until the pc restart and to not close this window
No its for reactivating vista when you use the 7 loader @satan himself. Fair enough, when I said completley I dind't mean every last thing from scratch, but I was sure acpi was there, I read about it smewheere. Maybe I downloaded a dource with it in. Just curious, will this method be adaptable for: A) Windows Server 2008 R2 (since we have the SLIC info/cert afaik) B) Windows 7 Starter Edition (an odd thing but a hell of a lot of people will be using this - as I am - on netbooks) What more is needed to do so?
Hmm, everything installed fine. Everest reports HPQOEM as the OEM ID in the SLIC Yet it is still telling me 30 days to activate. I even reinstalled the HP cert and the key but no luck. I have 4 PCs, 3 of them I injected SLIC 2.1 into the bios, but I can't with my MSI Wind, so need to use a lo*der like this. Has anyone got it working on a Wind?
A) Working on that now - Just a matter of different product key B) Working on that now - wait unitl OEM SLP key is leaked, or swap tokens.dat with ultimate. But you say a lot of people will be using it on netbooks, only if it cam preinsalled with starter, and if so it will be activated!
gazzasore the latest version has used cscript for a while... Just redownload from 1st post and all will be fine
The bootloader is definitely executing, I see the starting cmain()... My SLIC is also reporting as HP and not MSI (which is the brand of my netbook) But it still says 30 days to activate, anyone have any ideas? I have activated all my other PCs no probs with hacked bios
Have you used any previous cracks? Try reinstalling windows as something may have screwed with tokens.dat

But now ich have a Question: I activate it with a older Version of your lo*der and it runs. Now i see you have udate this file. Is it necessary to get the new file. Hazar, I have run your activator and everything runs fine, reboots and when I check status, it tells me that I still have 29 days to activate... and when I try to run activation it tells me that the key cannot be used for activation... I thought at first that it was because I was running RAID so I removed it and fresh install but still wont activate, I am using whatever version is in the first post of this thread.
