Beta 2 didn't work out of the box for me; after several attempts and reboots I still had to assign a drive letter to a system partition to get it to work. Saw your script was searching for 'System Rese' in FOUNDVOLUMES.TXT; my partition showed up as follows which I'm guessing was the problem: Code: Volume 2 NTFS Partition 200 MB Healthy System
Exoskeletor: steps: 1. activate using orbit30 toolkit 1.8, follow all the steps, reboot if necessary. 2. from cmd: run winver, see if the license expires on 2/2008 3. search the DVD / mounted iso for pkeconfig.xrm-ms (should be in the sources folder). 3. open cmd as administrator 4. cd \Windows\System32\spp\tokens\pkeyconfig 5. move pkeyconfig.xrm-ms pkeyconfig.xrm-ms.old 6. copy pkeyconfig.xrm-ms from step 3 to the folder in step 4 7. start->run->services.msc (or win+r services.msc) 8. stop "software protection services" 9. returns to the cmd 10. cd \Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\ 11. del tokens.dat 12. run hazar's activator. 13. the system will reboot automatically. 14. after the system started, check if it's activated using winver and win+break Thanks!
We are a bunch of XPS user with this issue, at least me and another guys with XPS 420 can't make this work... If Dell doesn't release a SLIC 2.1 ready BIOS update, we are pretty much doomed, since even patching the BIOS (Dell-Phoenix) for these model is almost impossible (according to some other thread I have seen here)
yea it sucks. did you try that method above? cause i could get it activated before with the toolkit but it expired in march...maybe if the keys were switched around it might work..im up to try anything at this point
I just want to thank Hazar as well. Ran his app, it did it's thing, rebooted and i was activated (only did this on my sony via laptop, since it has non-modable AMI bios)
Till microsoft releases a patch, i wonder if it will be as good as vista lo*der 3.0.0.1 , i modded my bios to slic 2.1 (first time )
I did exactly what you said...already had it activated with orbit30 toolkit 1.8. It worked. As you suspected no double boot is necessary. Good Work I didn't understand what you meant by win+break but i did check with winver, slmgr.vbs /dlv and slmgr.vbs /xpr all seems activated ok.
@Nimrod_o Thanks for confirming!! @Hazar: I wanted to confirm that you can safely and easily add a fix for people who previously installed toolkit 1.8, without requiring a two reboots, or a separate script - it will be greatly appreciated by people who already installed the toolkit, and now either reinstall 7 from scratch, or fix it manually..
Well I dont have a tokens Dat at all none of these loaders work for me I dont want to have to reinstall Nothing changes nothing reboots I am waiting along time for things to happen I have replaced the token dats tried it nothing I have deleted the token dats rebooted tried the loader & nothing Im stumped
Its whas the choice of people to use toolkit 1.8 because they couldnt wait for a crack. Why on earth would a cracker think about those people ?

Exactly. Unless this ONLY cr**ks a clean install then its just going to be oversized and bloated with crap most people (99.99%) don't need because they never used any orbit30 patchers or whatever. Please Hazar don't start putting in "fixes" to previous cr**ks unless its a separate cr**k entirely. Someone did post an uninstaller... I don't know what page lol, I first got here when the topic was about 20 pages long and its up to 90 pages now in about 15 hours!
