Totally. I don't care who made what. He provided us a link to something he modified/made/or whatever. It works, so thank you.

 

During the past several days I've read every post, and some 3 times. The thread was constructive, informative, and helpful. Most worked together toward the same end.
It started turning sour with the Orbit30 revelations, then the http references. Then the Chinese were dragged into it... and the unpackers joined in... and so on.
You're right Helmutcheese, but more so enough squabbling already. You have to scan a page now to find anything worth reading.
Lets get back to what brought us here in the first place. Orbit is gone, and at this rate I wouldn't blame Hazar the least if he packed up too. I'm amazed he isn't POed already.

 

I haven't said anything but here it is - I am not using a loader thats 10Mb, not even de-compilable and requires the .NET Framework v3.5 or whatever it is to run. I guess theres only a select few people who realize Hazar's crack works already without a loader thats what, over 40 times bigger and doesn't even run? It doesn't run on mine anyway, I stripped out the .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5.

Thank god for Hazar.

You put it together--who cares how?, made it work--as a tiny 200k file, and posted it here where it works for the vast majority. And for those who could not get it to work, you provided personal tech support for the benefit of all.
That some whine that the words and phrases contained in the scripts were not totally original is irrelevant. What programmer does not keep snippets of working and non-working code to be reworked into something later? Shame on you for not using ORIGINAL words.

Everyone will think its Orbit30 now because he has a cr**k out, maybe with your name in the credits etc but if your cr**k is under 500Kb and the Orbit30 GUI is 9.5Mb in size then where oh where does the additional 10Mb come from? I don't know because I cannot see inside the file.

Hazar do you yourself know whats inside that 10Mb lo*der? I don't wanna know I mean, do you even KNOW?!

Just be careful you're not getting your name put on something for it to later be classed as a virus or something.

I have had enough run ins with enough people on enough forums to know this s**t is par for the course.

Guy A makes a cr**k. Guy B that normally cr**ks stuff hates the fact that guy A made a cr**k and not him. Guy B suddenly wants to "work with" guy A. Then as guy A I have always said no, I work alone! Then again if I was you I would have just said yeah OK make a lo*der with my name on it, because it is Orbit30 and he does have a track record of making working cr**ks... but this time he added YOUR cr**k thats my point.

I am sure it was Paradox that cr**ked Vista originally with the lo*der method anyway... I don't see anyone mentioning them anywhere here.

If you were to credit everyone that ever helped, you'd be here all day I guess.

 

Probably cause there are a ton of OEM logos included and there is a sound playing in the background.

 

Even so, OEM logo's are only 120 x 120 pixels, if BMP they compress well as well so theres no way it can add up to + 9.5Mb.

It reminds me of all those "Autoplay Media Studio" GUI's people used to make.

Every button makes a silly clicking noise, it always has the gold disc icon where they couldn't be bothered making an icon for it. When you actually broke it down you found 95% of it was stuff that wasn't even necessary except to make it look nice.

Theres 2 distinct types of people - ones that want raw simplicity and ones that can't do jack s**t except click a button. I guess Orbit30 was right in appealing to the masses that way, but its just plain silly to me when the activation files amount to a 168Kb RAR file.

 

I do also think this is odd, why is the size so big? Also the http strings that people have been mentioning are odd. We deserve an answer.

 

Are you sure? I'm no expert in OEM logos, but I once had a Dell OEM logo on my old Vista install and it was way bigger than that.

 

I just installed a compaq OEM information on my Windows 7 for you guys to see the size differences. I scanned before and after with no other changes and it seems that it added 1.1 mb to my C:\ Drive.

(Don't feel sympathetic that I added an OEM to my system. At my current rate I am formatting and reinstalling almost 4 times a day.

 

Sounds reasonable to me.

You have reached the point of diminishing returns on continuing with the lo*der. Disappear into the night, quit while ahead. The more this goes on the more miserable they will make you.
