    they can all be uninstalled so it can't hurt to try them.

    They can be uninstalled and every update also creates a restore point.

    Anyway I don't see any difference at all.

    win 7 is not yet officially released...so you wont see those updates on windows update until october 22.

    Boot time is longer with these installed by about 10 seconds. That is a lot since it's booting off a solid state hard drive.

    windows update will not have untill oct 22nd this is not a release os yet

    Wrong. Aug 6 it will be released on technet with valid keys. I have obtained a few updates already for drivers, etc.

    Installed the updates and works perfect. Still activated and the build string is 6.1.7600.16399. This is great :) Thanks for the up :D
