no, i installed all the updates. still activated. then ran windows update.. nothing.. all looks good (so far) cheers
i just read them closer(didnt occur to me to check the date.im assuming anything they release to fix the leak would have been yesterday or later?)had-security update for microsoft visual c++ service pack 1-published 28/07/2009.security update for microsoft visual kb973924-28/07/2009.and definition update for windows defender kb915597 definition 1.63.604.0 yesterday(that windows defender one could be a way of them installing a fix couldnt it?)plus silverlight(know that one is safe)
so those are all safe to install?(i wasnt going to cause soon as i saw security updates, got me wondering what they were for)thanks in advance.
have read these updates were posted by zukona..same place my iso came from..? i'm certainly no expert, but after updates - i'm fine ... (so far) i guess these updates may end up coming from windows updates.. but as we're all living on the bleeding edge here..lol luck
