so you are saying that same code works differently each time you install? May be you must install the both ISOs [according to you, different] on the same system and show us the performance report and how each one is different
my daughter got windows 8 and she did a upgrade to 8.1 via internet (legit) and her machine was sluggish she transferred her programs over from 8 to 8.1 with the upgrade, but was not happy, so she did clean install of 8 then installed 8.1 then put her programs and files on and its great now shes very happy with 8.1, i have 8.1 on one of my machines via the info on this site etc and its fine for me with the toolkit, i have found best read post on here etc , i have learned a lot by reading all helpful posts on here and about, i am no expert far from it, (novice) but i read the posts and google will tell you all the abbreviations etc,

Win 8.1 is an updated version of Win 8. Between Win 7 RTM and Win 7 SP1, which one would you chose? It's the same question for Win 8 and its update
