Windows 8.1 and WinHlp32.exe (KB917607)

    Has anyone found a way to view windows .hlp files in Windows 8.1. The above fix works for Win8, but it won't install
    on 8.1.

    Just download standalone executable and open hlp files with it. The update will most likely come out soon.
