    Anytime Upgrade is for Windows 7 & it requires internet connection. Its deprecated now & replaced by in-place upgrade to higher SKUs (according to pgradeMatrix.xml) by DISM. 'Add feature to Windows 8.x' is a front-end of it & doesn't need any internet connection.

    I tried to download from MEGA, but it always disconnected before reaching 1 GB and had to restart, 4 times :death:
