at least these shots (and the build itself) seems real considering the fact that it came from the leaker who previously leaked builds (9369 & 9374), not a fake like from clown

Because microsoft will put back start button, but not start menu. You need to ask microsoft what the differences is.

At that point why not go back to 6.2.7989, it was and still is the best Windows 8 release so far!!!!! It is timebombed so not activable...(but fully themeable as windows 7) and has all very useful features of Windows 8(ex hybrid boot )and no METRO/LEGO
I always find it interesting that there is a delay between the build and the leak. For instance, it took 2 weeks for these screenshots to get released. I'd have thought someone that had the ability to leak stuff and get away with it would be able to leak it straight away.
