Sure? I tried the 9374 via VM and on a USB flash drive -> no ReFS formatting and with on a partition -> no ReFS Yep, right-click>format, via GUI. I didn't try cmd format command.
But what can you do with start button without start menu ? It's like you buy stroller when you don't have baby.
Go to the start screen for example, people are complaining that they can't find the start menu/screen because the button is hidden in the lower-left corner, a start button would be a lot easier to find. (not that I think we need a start button, it's 'the people', 'the world', the general opinion that wants a button to click)
I meant the 'button' that pops up when you move your mouse in the hot corner, that one is 'hard' to find, the Windows 7 start button is easy, therefore it would help people in Windows 8(.1)

What kind of form or so those button will have, finally doesn't matter and if it's point back to the Star Screen it is still a Start Button! That said, we could be sure that the Start Button will be back, but the old Start Menu! And those are 2 different things: 1. the Start Button and 2. the Start Menu! BVetter don't mix them up!

it is real. leaked from winclub.pl has the build in iso form but he only shared screenshots not the iso files for build 9379.
yea , it's 100% real 'cause the screens come's from the same guys that leaked build 9369/9374 , and it seems he is warming us up
