Definitely, MS controls which builds get leaked. I would think that anytime there is a fix for a major bug, MS will release the new build to get feedback.
All purposely leaks are digitally tagged. MS knows exactly who, where and when the material goes on the road. Only fools believe that this just happens ...
since, they make new builds every day, why do they need our feedback if the bugs we report are probably already fixed in the build they are currently working on.
Why do you think that the bugs that MS tries to fix are fixed. The best way to test a fix is by allowing a large amount of users (i.e. variables) to test the so called fix. By allowing a build to leak, MS increases the variables and gets the appropriate feedback. Testing a fix in a closed environment will not get the proper results.
They was told me....the company knows that I used W8 since 7850 and they thanks me....bla,bla,ba...and I get invited last year to buy W8 legally that I did with a promo code sent from MS...,bought at 17,5 EUR.I intend to buy W8.1 or that kind of stuff...
Unfortunately, I'm not privileged like you to be invited because I have a Technet account since quite a while and pay for all that stuff anyway ... probably even for the leaks as well
due to the leaked builds, you had to reinstall the operating system with the new build every 1-2 weeks.
Better is for me to quiet from now about how i bought W8 but honnestly i thinked that ppl from here was get it in the same mode... Is true: I bought a computer in that time but I did not sent request for promo code....
