In my case the cpu is always in 100% but is fake, for me is because i have idle processor on.. if i turn off everything is fine.. you can try maybe we have the same Issue...

    1. We have to change the registry.
Typing in the command line "regedit", you go to the registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Power \ PowerSettings \ 54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00 \ 5d76a2ca-e8c0-402f-a133-2158492d58ad

    2. Included option in this branch will enable and disable the idle processor. In this case, it should be included.
To enable one or another hidden parameter, it is necessary to find and edit the value DWORD, changing its value SettingValue from 1 to 0. (or just Add a new dword, name it "Attributes" its value should be 0).

    3. Then, through the control panel - power - in the advanced settings of your actual power plan, select "power management processor"
There will be an option disabling idle processor and just do it, in my case works without restart the PC.

You can test with process explorer too, because task manager is buggy.. sorry for my bad english

Simple.... You have to disable the WindowsBackup.

Press Windows Button and look for "Windows Task Scheduler"... go to Microsoft/Windows/WindowsBackup and turn off the Config Notification... So.. Reboot your system.

If works for you, tell in forum. Cya man!

Was also about to say the same thing after seeing the first pic i use 100% coz im converting movies...the most i use when i dont is approx 25% or less..one thing id also like to ask is why choose enterprise when pro is better in my opinion...and yes ive installed enterprise before and decided pro was still better.

There is no quality difference in enterprise and pro. Both have the same basics but only differ in some features :p
