Is there any other utility(Komm hasn't updated his utility yet) that can help me find what update(s) are missing from my system ? Just like Komm's KUC.
Updates is easy but Windows Update doesn't offer Hotfixes, so either one or the other should be used. Loading/Installing/Integrating Updates only myself, murphy78 iirc stated doing likewise.
9600.17476.amd64fre.winblue_r5.141029-1500 wasn't the update 2 (3000850) like r4? they are moving quick
Yes, a little surprising. It seems like they may be making it so Windows 10 installs like a big service pack, not a new OS. If so, that would be handy for Windows 8.1 users and speed uptake significantly.
well, would be about time considering how easy it is for linux and mac os to update to new versions and a pain for windows still, considering windows 10 has new 6.4 kernel, will still require fresh installs to avoid many issues based from what i saw on forums with migration from 6.2 to 6.3

Windows 7: Windows6.1-KB3016350-v3.msu can not be downloaded. you see download progress but file is not there. after restarting program, it is in the available updates list again
I used the Windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update_x64 ISO and did the following: 1. Integrated the missing Update1 updates KB2934018 and KB2959977. 2. Integrated the November Rollup KB3000850. 3. Integrated the December Rollup KB3013769. 4. Did a clean install in a VM. Windows Update gives me a list of 33 important updates. One of the updates is KB2955164 the May Rollup...??? I used the ISO with update released in June...how can I still need the May Rollup...??? And Windows Update tells me I still need the rollups of August, September, Oktober... How can that be? Is there a hotfix for the Windows Update agent?
