Yep, these are botched. I've heard KB3004394 will prevent correct installation of further updates. What a mess.
So far the inability to install further updates seems to be a Windows 7/Server 2008R2 problem. There's KB3024777 to deal with it.
It's, but KB3003057 is part of November rollup (and even identified in the refresh LP) thus i moved it to Baseline
I did download the KB3011970 64-bit (Silverlight_x64.exe) and KB3011970 32-bit (Silverlight.exe) files from the Microsoft Download Center on December 9, 2014; a few hours after they were made available and before the download pages were removed by Microsoft. I did not download the developer files.

Apps not opening. I can see the Apps(s) icon on the taskbar but it won't open. It's the same thing with CHANGE PC SETTINGS and it's not opening. I have to sign out and sign back in again for any of these to work again. This just happen recently with the whole bunch of updates so I have no clue what update(s) is causing this issue. Anyone else is having this issue?
