The superseded updates are uninstallable in a way, just not directly. To uninstall the superseded updates, you have to install the superseding update then run: DISM /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase from an elevated commands prompt. This will effectively uninstall the superseded update. Of course using the /resetbase command the installed updates become the new base and thus, are uninstallable, but again they are uninstallable in the same manner as described above.
burf, abba: why are you both using “uninstallable” to mean “not removable”? It means precisely the opposite. “Irremovable” is the word you seek. Try to say it. It’s a nice word.
Dunno what it mean, not i made it, ’tis a bugmenot anon account; do you think i should create my own?
MDL is free, just sign up and use links. Heck even the DL's that don't have a need for a "thanks" can be DL from here.
Instead of bitching why don't you just not use it? Christ, you're goin' for the gold Refer fourth line up.
Arse butt? Is there any other kind? Face butt maybe? Irremovable is the correct word, but uninstallable sounds more computer like. Irremovable implies it can't be removed, even if using /resetbase (if it's irremovable it cannot be removed). Uninstallable, I think, implies that there is no option to uninstall it, hence uninstallable, but you can still effectively remove it by other means!
