Ah, I get it, I am stupid, I searched: Code: DISM /online /get-packages ...and simply overlooked it; then I searched Control Panels/Programs and Features/Updates ...sorted list... and of course looked into "Security Updates" part instead "Updates" ...this also means that refreshed LP -997 covers -850, I have to search your post again, what updates refreshed LP exactly covers. That simply means, that latest ISO is quite good, since no updates from "last list" (updates offered for previous ISO and not offered for latest ISO) are really needed.
Noooo, do not want or need it-it's outa' here. I'm just glad it automatically did the right thing too...one less step, you know
You have a way with words Burf' absolutely perfectly said. Now, tell the truth, it will set you free, you'll feel better after taking the load off; really you're a politician aren't you?! You'll still get the barrage of "what about Windows 8.1 .....etc." in this thread. Those beautifull lines should be stickied right on Pg 1 above Post 1.
Hello guys, please which update supersedes kb2996799-v2 (little companion of kb2995388)? Is it kb3000850? Thanks...
Yes, 3000850 supersedes it (with ver .17399 vs .17356 in 2996799-v2), but the very latest that supersedes 2996799-v2 is 3013769 (contains .17463).
After integrating the 8.1 updates with wintoolkit and the latest iso with rollup 3 December 2015. See me after an install KB2919355 and KB3000850 suddenly again the former roll-ups again plus other?? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? Can someone help me please
You? nothing wrong. M$ on the other hand? FYI Windows 7 is suffering as well. Makes me to start being a bit conspiranoid.
1. I use the WHDownloader for updates. 2 for integrating I use win toolkit 3. If source I use nl_windows_ 8.1 _with_update_x64_dvd_6051479 4. I suppose I follow the order of the text file 5. but everytime after the slipstream the updates I get the message after a setup in WU that all the Rollups again emerge. That is the first time that it happens to me! 6. last month was that no problem even I have the previous iso with update 2 nl_windows_ 8.1 _with_update_x64_dvd_4048118 used the roll-ups and I get the same result again in WU 7. What am I doing wrong. Or sits there with a slightly with MS patch Tuesday??? Thanks in advance
Adobe Flash Player is .287 and IE11 for 8.1.3, but, there is supposed to be an out-of-schedule update; .287 to .296. M$ Update shows no updates required with .287 installed....
A someone happened , after integrating some upgrade , you can not boot from USB on a notebook? I happened since two months ago, before I could format from USB , but now only works on the desktop . I've tried on 2 notebook ( that worked previously but not now.
