    I am now able to download from the Microsoft Server (hotfixv4).

    After having the same download issue with another Windows 8.1 (Core) x64 system and a Windows 7 Professional x64 system, I decided that the download problem was on Microsoft's end, even though Tito and abbodi1406 reported no problems at their locations. So I decided I would just have to wait for Microsoft to fix their problem.

    At my location, there was about 24-hours that downloads from the Microsoft Server were not possible.

    Yep, and i found around 36 new hotfixes so far

    no more monthly rollups or what?

    i bet they will release a rollup next tuesday or the last day of march lol, just to make you find all the hotfixes now and then find out that all of them are included in the rollup ;)

    There was a planned February rollup (referenced in some hotfixes' kb articles), yet they didn't release it

    The really great thing about these thirty-some updates released today is that none of the KB articles exist yet. Guess I'll just roll them out blind over my whole enterprise and see if anything breaks.

    Great, yep, right, if it is security one, KB number is same for both OSs...
