Guys, which KB is the latest Servicing Stack for W8-1?

And does it supersede all previous ones or any previous are needed too (I use W8-1 IR5 image)?

with KB2919355, KB3173424 supersede all previous
but you still need a stanalone SSU installed (in IR5 that's KB2975061)

KB3021910 remains the latest standalone SSU (i.e. prerequisite for KB2919355)

I KNEW IT WILL BE COMPLICATED. :)))
Thanks. What is the difference between "standalone SSU" and "update like KB3173424"? :)

Could anybody hint me, why this update always install 2-times on clean system (both times successfully):

    windows8.1-kb3172729

    On clean system:
1st time it installs together with rest 200 KBs.
2nd time after the reboot with 4-5 KBs in 2nd phase.

standalone SSU = do not require KB2919355
    KB3173424 require KB2919355

Are there more versions of it or just one version? (More versions like windows8.1-kb3172729-v2 or more MSUs with different hashes etc.)?

    I tracked it from WindowsUpdate.log:
1st under Title of KB3172729 (WU shows size 10MB) it installs KB3173424 (?).
2nd under Title of KB3172729 (WU shows size 90kB) it installs KB3172729.

    :)))

    The command completed with errors.

I have splitted KBs to two directories:
    DISM /image:C:\mount /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\MSU
    Dism /Commit-Image /MountDir:C:\mount
    DISM /image:C:\mount /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\MSU_Post

In MSU I placed KBs from 2899189 to kb3041857.
IN MSU_Post I placed KBs from 3042058 to 3202790 (so I still kept kb3042058 and kb3172614 in this one (2nd) phase)

    But I got another error:
