Thanks for the reaction Carlos Detweiller, since 2018 I just integrate the monthly rollups and leave out everything else.
On the KB article for .NET 4.8, the 2020-05 KB4552933 says that it replaces basically the previews of 2020-01 Preview of Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 4.8 (KB4534134) 2020-02 Preview of Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 4.8 (KB4537482) (at least as "previous" are mentioned on Catalog, also there no supersedence for them). I have only checked for 4.8 but i'm sure that this is the case also for .NET 3.5
Well almost the same it says that 4556401 (2020-05) replaces 2020-02 KB4538124, KB4538158 (normal and preview rollup) and not a word for 2020-01.
I think @abbodi1406 makes reference to comparing the contents of each update at the file level and not the published information about the metadata. This was the meaning of the reply provided to me earlier.
if I want to reinstall a Windows 8.1 on a notebook, what is the very latest build available? 1- Is it Update 3 build 9600 still ?? 2- Is there a newest ESD ?? 3- Is there a upgraded 8.1 ISO containing all hotfixes integrated? 4- Is there an UpdatePack?? For option 4 I just see that user 3zero3 made an UpdatePack... someone tested it? can it works with every Language?
