As I wrote: Commands are already inside 7SFX. You can open this pack with 7zip and extract, but extraction will not become magically faster anyway. If You manualy extract files with right click option (RMB), 7SFX will always overwrite existing (extracted) files anyway, if You use (run) this Pack. Unfortunately, You have to wait to extract all files and then DISM will install updates.
Hi, does anyone knows how to get rid of the Adobe flash player expiration related notifications to go away and possible alternatives to be able to play the videos in browsers and music from streaming platforms ?? Or is it okay to continue using flash player ? Edit: I see aboddi has posted a reg key but it's for Enterprise only and I'm on SingleLanguage.
I have read somewhere, from now on, servicing stack updates will be combined with the monthly rollups as part of the new policy. I'm not sure of the source, Is this correct ? Anyone has any information regarding this ??
I just downloaded it from the update catalog. Not sure what's happening, not integrating it until I find out
I can confirm, no WU for windows 8.1 U3 . Only updates installed are for office and repeated scans got me no WU. *it is there on update catalog, but if i try to click download on IE11 and chrome it does nothing pfff
Yes, I had already installed it and today WU was offering me a bunch of old updates long superseded, so I uninstalled the LCU and WU is no longer offering anything.
Yeah, I see now. (for adobe flash) I mean, I was not sure for KB5000848, because I did not download "first version", so I had nothing to compare with. I have to ask, Is it necessary to update, to install latest update for Adobe Flash and then use KB4577586 to remove Flash? Can we, example, lets say, just install new fresh copy of W8.1 U3 (without updating anything) and then just use KB4577586 to remove Flash?
