Microsoft is clearly contradicting themselves. Classifying ESU updates as security-only updates makes even less sense because KB5032249 is a Monthly Rollup that contains IE update KB5032191. Security-only updates never contain IE updates. But we are supposed to believe from now on it does?? Overall communication by Microsoft on ESU for W2012/R2 is very bad. This recent blog post about W2012/R2 only leads to unneeded confusion and hopefully they will properly update it in the future.
Interesting! KB5033420 updates USBHUB3.SYS to file version 6.3.9600.21712 The last time this file was updated was in 2015 (KB3103696)
It's an OOB update that had to be rushed out so probably it may not have gotten the testing it needed. For Server 2019 the OOB update was only released on 25th March. Unless you are affected by the memory leak fix for Domain Controllers, it's probably best to uninstall that OOB update for now. Next week, the April patches will be released and hopefully all of this will be properly fixed anyway.
Windows 8.1 here connected to the TV for movies, it doesn't have the same quality as w11, the colors are much worse, using the same driver and the same color scheme .x.v.color, is there any way for the colors to be as perfect in w8.1 as in w11?
More info would be useful, what programs are you using to watch movies or are you using the TV as a monitor ? How is the TV connected? HDMI? What graphics card do you have? Maybe check your graphic card settings and make sure Ouput Dynamic Range is set to Full (0-255) It might be set to Limited (16-235) on W8.1
