The other 2 hotfixes (KB2899189 and KB2894853) had already been integrated before.

Hmm, does that mean you could perform a /ResetBase after integrating KB2934018 :g:? Tested twice now, but always fails due to pending status of the mounted WIM.

AFAIK the KB2919442 is a Spring Update preparation hotfix and will not be offered by WU after having done a fresh install of Win 8.1 with integrated "Spring Update".
The KB2934018 had been successfully integrated by me within the first step.
This is how the Windows Update history looks after having done a fresh install of the Win8.1 "Spring Update" ISO file with manually integrated additional hotfixes and installed all offered WU updates:

A good way to clean the mounted WIM from the update leftovers. I always do this after Patch Tuesday also on my main machine.

If I am using Windows 8.1 with Update refreshed iso, I do not need to to integrate / install the Baseline Updates (KB2919442, KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2937592, KB2938439, KB2934018), right?

    Read the InstallOrder.txt note :)

    Code:
    - If you are using Windows 8.1 with Update ISO system, then you only need to install KB2934018

Search ms download center for KB2919355 and when you try to download it, it will list 5 updates; one of them being 2934018 (or scroll back a few pages where I linked the direct download)

edit: nm these guys are fast :p
