You cannot install KB2989647 without KB2919355, and KB2919355 without KB2975061 as for the actual stack version, KB2919355 accepts 2919442's version 6.3.9600.17021 and later

When I search for KB2977174 WU catalog returns "file not found". That's my point, cannot seem to get a KB2977174 download anywhere.
Oh... duh... my bad... Yes, it's in the 2984006 pack. You would need to search for that, and one of the downloads will be 2977174.

KB2984005 is September 2014 update rollup for windows 8. I didn't know that windows 8 has the same rollup update like windows 8.1.
The only download ever showing is for RT, so, that is why I was asking rick' how he got his good link.
