    can some upload whole source folder from windows 8.1 Enterprise zh-CN iso without install.wim in a zip so i can use DISM to install windows.i don't want to download full enterprise zh-CN ISO.

    By 800 people? It's supposed to take at least 10 times that amount (per file). Even more. It's a file sharing service, not torrent.

    There's not an ei.cfg in win8 versions. You have to add one to get a list of the indexes.
