    Just let it do it's thing, it will eventually come up with saving image, just wait.

    It's probably checking the files... it takes most of the time checking the files before it even starts capturing...

    If anybody makes a successful new wim with image 3 will I be able to activate using my win 8 key(not win 8 pro but win 8)

    capturing allowed files to copy, now i get an error on install after reboot, wtf :/

    Normal win8 is core. sometimes it's core single language, you should do a key check before messing with reformatting and stuff

    Ahh than this is all not worth it to me . useless as it can't be activated. will wait for real iso thx for trying guy's.

    It worked with me but i was unable to go in Settings or Search.

    How to make the iso?

    I have edited efi.cfg and working install.wim? I also have the Chinese Leak.

    Give me some steps to go :)

    So you want a How to and ISO's made and uploaded to a site that gives you decent DL's in case it doesn't work for you by when?:biggrin3:

    Worked for me! This was installed using the 8.1 Pro Preview ISO, simply swapping the captured install.wim and I also added a EI.CFG in sources with the following:

    [EditionID]
    Professional


    [Channel]
    Volume


    [VL]
    1

    on oem versions sometimes they ship as normal Core, sometimes they ship as Core Single Language
    Yes, it exists.

    Apparently you can only set-edition prowmc in 8.1 dism...
    Had to copy over file to my vm using my UFD
    set-prowmc.jpg
