Yay..ace2 is back from his vacation and still didn´t figure out how to post code properly in

Tags....LOL.
Soo which ISO i have to use to have working PC Settings & other s**t. I have this: 1. Edited efi.cfg. 2. Working install.wim. 3. Chinese original leak. Anything else?
I'm not sure but pesumably that's how you log into the "Store" and that is where you get the natural upgrade path to 8.1 come Oct.17th when it is released to public .. and is Where you would get your free upgrade .. But why would you do that? would be my question if you already have a legit W8 retail key and it's a matter of waiting??
I'm downloading now the Enterprise editon of W8.1 x64 CH! Can anybody tell me if I can then mount the install.wim into it and install the Pro version?
Take the chinese leak, toss sources\en-us directory from 8.0 in the sources\ directory of the leak copy the frankenbuild's boot.wim and replace the old one. mount the boot.wim and change lang.ini and remove the zh-cn lines and change the en-us line from 2 to 3 replace the install.wim from today's leak in the sources\ folder change lang.ini in the sources\ folder to en-us from zh-cn on both lines make sources\ei.cfg file with contents: Code: [Channel] Retail copy all the stuff to a usb drive and boot with it, or wait for the iso leak.

I'm testing to make sure the iso creates correct gpt stuff with firmware = "efi" setting then I'm testing to make sure it upgrades... If all checks out I'll probably upload in about 20-30mins
I used the one from the en-ch-ru frankenbuild and modified the lang.ini, but you could try the en-us preview one...
i don't understood this step Take the chinese leak, toss sources\en-us directory from 8.0 in the sources\ directory of the leak copy the frankenbuild's boot.wim and replace the old one.
Somehow I doubt this. Pretty sure MS could do whatever they want with the Windows 8 key you have legally. If it's like any other product these days, you likely don't "own" it, you're renting it indefinitely, and probably a standard clause like "Microsoft at any point can revoke licenses for any reason without warning"... Although I really don't think Microsoft would do anything. If they do, well, that would just give me a reason to go pirate I guess if that's what they want
I did. Worked fine. I actually used the entire 8.1 Pro Preview iso, swapped install.wim files and added an EI.CFG You get the betta fish on setup start, but everything works fine. And it's ALL IN ENGLISH
