    Got the install.wim file. Don't care about clean install or making an iso. What is the easiest way to just do an upgrade?

    I wouldn't even bother with this now. Wzor is going to take a leak :)

    Yeah, not worth bothering with the WIM stuff now because Wzor could leak 8.1 RTM ISOs at any time.

    I did that step by step. but it tells me that i dont have the right CDkey for it and when i go to fresh install the "Press Any key to start setup" doesnt show.

    Not gonna happen until WZOR leaks..
    I've tried every damn thing I can think of.
    There's just not correct setup files for 9600 yet.
    You can install it because partitioning the drive and copying files is pretty straightforward, but upgrade requires a lot of different files in the sources\ directory

    If it's based on the leaked install.wim file, it'll have issues with upgrading for example. My advice is just wait for the Wzor leaked ISOs to hit the web.
