Yeah, I mean it's quite obvious most of their leaks are on purpose to make the hackers and pirates feel as if they 'stole it' and just gotta use it and have the latest/greatest before everyone else. This keeps the hunger for Windows alive in more ways than one. Yea, If someone wants to use build 9471 as a base to fix them, and inject the install.wim into that, it would be a frakenbuild but it would be a better base to start with then a Chinese build.

It is all in English, it can activate and unlock features(which you couldn't do with Ent ATM) ....... mprobably more ....... My guess is it came from a OEM(PCBeta leaker is China OEM guy) who integrate all 3 indexes from the MS wims for their own purpose, and there were things that we don't know how to proceed correctly, if your wim is same as hash(posted in OP), there shouldn't be corrupt files.
