    What is the build of this version?

    is there any program to make genuine this version? A few days ago I tried to use kmsmicro to activate Windows 8.1, but it told me that I can not activate the core version of windows 8.1 .. with this release does it work?

    There is no difference both are same except it's region specific.

    last question, what are the differences between the core version (MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.8.1.RTM.X64.ITALIAN.DVD-WZT .. taken from "The Windows 8.1 (& related) Repository"
    ) and the RTM volume taken from here (SW_DVD5_Win_Pro_8.1_64BIT_Italian_MLF_X18-96642.ISO)?
