Windows 8.1 professional no longer active phone ?

    Does anyone know anything,I've tried and can not be activate by phone !

    Best use a real retail key and not a blacklisted one ;)

    Can you help'me tried so far 10 KEY...no results !
    I read somewhere that can not be activated ( from [SIZE=-3]2013-09-26 ) [/SIZE]until the final version comes out,all keys have been blocked.
