    Why would they do that? This is a free upgrade - nothing I read about when you can upgrade (GA release date has nothing to do with UELA)...AFAIK.

    Because the leakers are not at our absolute disposal and leak the files in due time, in the order they wish.

    Are you really complaining you haven't yet got your hands on a file you shouldn't have to begin with, and all that, only 2 days after the actual first leak? Really?

    The Language Pack iso's will come with all of the languages available in the iso, no need to ask for individual LP's unless someone decides to break the iso into little LP archives and host them somewhere. That isn't unlikely, but not something reasonable IMO to ask of someone. Patients is your best option right now.
