I edited the post. I messed up the /image: part of the commands... retry that stuff with the revised commands.

Not sure if that worked. But I noticed there was a space between boot and .wim I removed the same and behold it worked
Do WimBOOT ISOs install Windows faster than EDS ones? Do they take less total space on SSDs too? I am sorry for sounding stupid, but do WimBOOT ISOd fully install Windows 8.1 Escrow onto SSDs or do they require a continuous presence of the ISO, since fewer files are copied/used/compressed??? I noticed that the Pre-Activated version is EDS and not Wim... Can Wim support Pre-Activation? Do non-activated VL installations require anything special - would they work with normal KMSPico activation?
They don't install faster, they are just faster overall because of the way the files are optimized and the way SSD drives utilize them. They are WIM single-index only... I keep forgetting this and mentioning AIO versions, but they cannot be made in an AIO version. The activation talk is irrelevant to the topic of WIMboot. It's a feature, not an exploit.
So the actual Windows 8.1 WIM OS is faster than Windows 8.1 ESD OS after the installation? Is there a way to convert my current ESD into WIM?
You seem to confuse things here. The new WIM Boot Feature: This feature is meant to run on a SSD, as HDDs are to slow. When installing Windows the normal way there is no speed difference when comparing install from WIM with from ESD.

Nope, the new Feature allows to boot directly off of a WIM file without installing it. For a normally installed Windows there is no difference, where it was installed from (WIM or ESD). ESD compression is only nice to get a drastically smaller ISO.
It actually does both. It reads from both the wimboot wim file and system. It's hard to explain. Honestly there needs to be a lot more testing on this type of install. If you are cramped for space, wimboot will not help. It is meant for like the newer ssd drives that aren't quite so cramped for space. It's also not very necessary. It will be faster overall, but how much of an improvement has still yet to be shown. Still, you gotta wonder. MS wouldn't make this method unless they thought it was a good idea. It's a lot of work to change your OS to do these things.
did i do some thing wrong i finally figure out how to make a WIMboot but is it really using less its show me using 27GB with office 2010 and SWTOR fully installed which is cool . but I'm still at 186 GB free showing me using only 27.4 GB but shouldn't the disk it self show a bigger size as well ? I was at around that with a normal gpt install showing me using 37 GB i so i went looking and guess what is still being used the other 10 GB is in the Recovery Partition, i did not have that before at 37 GB with the same a mount free space . DO i need the need that partition if not how to i delete it ? .
can i lower it i also see i can't turn off the page file any more ,not that i did before, i all ways used a page file but now i can't turn it off at all .. if i do on re bot it tells me there was a error windows had to turn it back on . SO i guess I installed right .it kind of uses the same amount of space just like it was . it seems faster and more Responsive but them saying it uses less, I'll to go back and read it again . to me is misleading. any way ty for the great guide i had a blast trying to understand it . . I'm gonna try to lower the Partition on install or install it with out one if its lets me ( more fun ) .to see if it works or if it effect how windows run and if i can get that space . CYA
You can set the recovery partition at the recommended 50mb larger than the combination of your install.wim and winre.wim If they total 4200 mb, you can use 4250.
