No it will not work, ProfessionalStudent is a separate SKU never leaked if i recall he would get better luck by upgrading to Windows 10 Pro and have digital license
I was afraid of this. I have 5 laptops which need reinstall. Be nice to get a clone of another stream 11 pro
Is it worth installing this in 2019 to have a Windows install with less crapware on a small hard drive? Is there a Windows 10 lightweight variant?
Hi. I'm having issues with the 8.1 with bing in that I can't get it to install. I have put a new hard drive in an Acer aspire e14 (the hard drive packed up so no chance of recovery) downloaded win 8.1 from Microsoft and use Rufus to burn it to a USB using gpt and uefi installed fine but the key I got from the bios didn't work found out the laptop was Win 8.1 coreconected. Tried Rufus to burn the win 8.1 with bing image again with gpt and uefi but the laptop doesn't see a bootable drive, I then tried the cmd line as per the posts but again still no bootable drive. I then tried the cmd line with mbr and with the laptop, in legacy mode, it will see the drive and start to install but just freezes all the time. I'm bashing my head off the wall here lol. Any help would be appreciated
wich exact file ? sha1 *filename can be CoreConected: win81 core FPP (non OEM) CoreConected: win81 single Language (OEM) AKA-CCSL CoreConected: win81 single Language - with bing (OEM) more specific info (eg from the COA) would be usful (coz black laptop ) wich version (32bit or 64bit) was preinstalled on your old HD edit: i guess your old os is win81 single Language (OEM) and not win81 single Language - with bing (OEM)
Hi Vanelle Show key reports windows 8.1 9600 (64bit os) 00179-70565-00000-aaoem win 8.1 rtm coreconnected oem dm Acer aspire e14 2gb ram so far have tried from microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows8ISO Win8.1_English_x64 (key from bios not accepted) Win8.1_SingleLang_English_x64 (key from bios not accepted) and now trying with bing as for the version installed on the laptop the owner says windows 8.1 but didnt know if it was the 32bit or 64bit version. I looked at the acer driver section for the laptops serial number and it only says win 8.1 64bit or win 10 64bit many thanks
if it is from COA, than it loocks like an Acer Aspire OEM key !! you cant use this key with the M$ CoreConected OEM iso imagas you need either - a original Acer Aspire OEM 8.1 - or a manual modified M$ CoreConected OEM 81 CD
