    I don't know but Rufus doesn't create a bootable usb drive. It doesn't boot even if the usb drive is first in boot priority order

    Well, I have another OS bootable drive and it works. I've just tried.
    But with this img created with Rufus, the installation doesn't start. And I don't know why

    A Key formatted as Fat32 & marked as Active is able to boot both MBR & UEFI. No need for separate USB keys...

    Rufus doesn't start with fat32, but it does with ntfs. And the result is the same. What do you use? Can you post a screenshot please?

    Ok. Now it's alright. It worked and I installed win 8.1 with bing.
    Rufus settings MBR partition scheme for UEFI, fat32 filesystem.

    As of today, Microsoft allowed clean installation of Windows 10 Home with Windows 8 / 8.1 with Bing key.
    Just start their Media Creation Tool for Windows 10 and download proper version and you will be able to activate system with BIOS embedded key for Bing version.
    It solved my nightmare for last few days...

    Windows 10 (10240.16393.150909-1450) can't to take old (Bing) key!

    Please, describe how their actions!

    It is possible in Insider Build 10565

    You misunderstand. You have to upgrade from a system that was using the legit bing key.

    Thank you very much for this method, i was looking all over the internet for Bing SL images, find only russian versions, and now i can make any language i need!!! :worthy:

    I get original images from media creation tool and language pack - works great!!!:clap:

    But i get final iso 6.23Gb...inside source folder are install.wim and install.esd, can i delete one of them?
