That only works if you use ctrl-shift-enter while your targeted program is selected in a Search window. You can manually go to c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe and right click and select run as admin. Also, you can go to the cmd prompt shortcut in the start menu and right click, run as admin. In win8.x it's much easier... you just winkey+x then a

Out of curiosity; ...some time ago I created couple of WMC .iso's from .esd files using the Decrypter v1 script. Flawless process execution, lol. After re-reading all the posts in the thread I'm bit confused. Q: If I want to be able to perform a clean (full) WMC install, do I need to create new .iso's, using Decrypter v2 or v3 script or not?
v3 do all the job. It contains cache.dat, data.dat and tokens.dat only v1 don't contains the 'Generic Tokens' TL;DR use v3

Hi I made two new iso's from this ESD: 9600.17050.winblue_refresh.140317-1640_x64fre_client_professionalwmc_nb-no-ir3_cpwmca_x64frer_nb-no_esd_252fc29a2858824d3cb427da4072d60c0e2b1dcd.esd. but they end up having different SHA1 numbers. I used decrypter 3.7. But it seems that both iso's are ok. Anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?
