Exactly start the upgrade, and when the progress bar showed, go and open WindowsUpdate.log file and you can find the link at the end you might cancel the upgrade if you want

I have a doubt about WMC. Since there is a Multiple editions iso which I can set WMC edition, why would I want to download this wmc.esd?
it's better since it's untouched, i guess. only prob is that to enable .net 3.5, you must convert to wim, so kinda defeats the purpose imho (unless you only need it for one machine and want a quick download from ms server and don't mind adding .net after install (a major pita for me in my experience, even with offline installers etc.)

For a single install, they do the same thing. For an AIO, it's actually a little better to use the Pro version converted to ProWMC. Each of these "with Update" versions has the patched versions of files included in them, and they all have different identifiers from other versions. I believe when they install each update, they assign GUID values and propagate the updates through the system. A lot of information is marked in this manner, so the patched info becomes unique. Since this prowmc esd is a separate version of windows instead of a /set-edition version, it also has it's own unique patch data. The result of using this version instead of a pro upgraded version adds like a few hundred megs of unique data to your aio.
First of all: Thank you for providing link #295. Reading your quoted post I'm unsure how to reinstall I had W7 installed. I bought a Windows 8 Pro product key. Installing W8 was only possible with previous Windows version installed. After a few weeks I upgraded to WMC and received a different key. Upgrading to 8.1 messed up my system and I reinstalled W7. I'd like to install W8.1.1 on a new SSD. Is this possible with the ESD from link #295 and the esd-decrypter-v2 with my W8WMC product key? Or do I have to install W7 first? Or do I need a different key?
I used this Decrypter-v2: File: esd-decrypter-v2.7z SHA1: f75d763a307dbee9bccf82fad60abdf2ee111e44 With the Dutch x64 Pro MCE .esd to create an .WIM ISO file... But it doesn't accept any PRO or WMC Upgrade key... Which kind of key do I need exactly?
Normal behavior, as you need the correct activation tokens to use the WMC keys (you cannot use any Pro Key here though). An option would be to use the generic tokens from MSMGs Toolkit (MSMG ToolKit for Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012 R2 - v1.04). The problem is as old as the trick to directly install ProWMC without properly activating Pro before .
