Maybe "Internet Release" ?
I - means 8.1, 9-th letter of alphabet (Win8 - H, Win10 - J)
R - release/rollup
Didn't know about it. Could you share a link or doc to see complete info? TIA
Explore Vista, 7 & 10 ISOs, simple deduction.
platform:BuildType: fre (release) vs chk (debug)
Yep i know
i mean when no licensing is specified after fre (r, o, v) like in multiple edition iso
Then it should be unchanneled if so. I.e. fallback to whatever channel is set _Default

What are the pros/cons to using these images for installs VS something like Murphy78's AIO ISOs?
Murphy78 does a great job integrating/updating/optimizing..etc MS ISOs. He is a great help to us.
As you say "These images" are untouched original Microsoft ones
What v.3.7? never seen that version
esd-decrypter script is already in the OP
esd-decrypter program by qad is in the credits section
Sorry I meant v3. Copied it from the esd-decrypter filename and got the "7" from .7z extension mistakenly
I have seen v4f somewhere I guess that's why I was asking to update the link
Despite I already know this mistake, this happens to me quite often lolol

You can read the script to see the commands
